Use the iPad that needs authorization, connect it to Wi-Fi, then open the software. On first use, follow the app prompts to enter the authorization page. If you are already in the app, find "Authorization Activation" in Settings → System.
Do not uninstall the existing app; the original photos and settings must be kept.
Send the Device Code to the Company
Tap "Copy Device Code" on the authorization page and send the complete code to a company technician.

- Find "This Device's Code" on the authorization page.
- Tap "Copy Device Code," touch and hold in the technician chat, then tap "Paste" and send.
- You can also send a clear screenshot of the device code, making sure the entire code is visible.
The device code identifies this iPad for lookup; it is not an app password that you need to enter.
Sign In to Your Apple Account on iPad
Tap "Sign in with Apple on This iPad" and have the store owner or software purchaser complete the process personally.
View Details
- On the authorization page, find "Link Authorization Owner" and tap "Sign in with Apple on This iPad."
- When the browser opens, follow the prompts on the Apple page to sign in. Confirm that the account belongs to the store owner or software purchaser; do not use an employee's or temporary worker's account.
- Enter your password and verification code yourself. After completing the verification, return to Hi Cheese Photo.
- Tap "Check Authorization Again" and see whether "Owner Linked" appears.
If "Owner Linked" is already shown, do not link it again. If the account is incorrect, contact a technician first.
If the entry shows "Generating," stay connected to the internet and tap "Check Authorization Again." If the button label or page is different, take a screenshot of the current screen and send it to a technician for review.
Notify the Company to Process Authorization
Tell technical support that the device code has been sent and the Apple ID account has been linked.

The company authorizes the app after verifying the device and purchase information. You do not need to access the company's admin system or look for a field to enter an authorization code.
Signing in to Apple does not mean company authorization is complete. Wait until a technician explicitly confirms that the device has been authorized before continuing.
Check Authorization Again and Start Using the App
After the company confirms authorization, return to this iPad and tap "Recheck Authorization" to complete the app's initial authorization.

Wait for the page to update and confirm authorization and feature access. If still unauthorized, send the message screenshot to a technician; do not reinstall or switch accounts repeatedly.
Problems
Open the matching issue to view its instructions.
Owner Linked, but Still Not Authorized
First confirm whether the company has notified you that authorization is complete. If the company has not processed it yet, wait for confirmation. If it has been processed, stay connected to the internet and tap "Check Authorization Again."
Cannot Find the Apple Sign-In Button
Check the network first, then tap "Check Authorization Again." If it still does not appear, send a screenshot of the current authorization page to a technician for review. Do not uninstall the app.
