Confirm that the iPad can access the internet, then tap "Recheck Authorization" on the authorization page. Wait for the current request to finish. If the information still does not appear, record the message, app Build, and time of occurrence and send them to support team. Do not tap the button repeatedly in quick succession.

Compare the full device code on this device character by character with the code received by support team. Confirm that you have not switched to another iPad. When the network is available, tap "Recheck Authorization" again and record the "Last Checked" time and the returned message.

After upgrading from the old development package to the new release package, Apple owner linking is required even if the device worked before. Scan the "Link Authorization Owner" QR code on the authorization page, complete Apple sign-in using the customer's phone, then return to the iPad and tap "Recheck Authorization."

Use the originally linked account for periodic verification. If a transfer is awaiting approval, contact support team instead of repeatedly signing in with different accounts.
